PyroCoat EX12 is an economical, thermoplastic, synthetic polymer emulsion for fast-air or force-dry applications. PyroCoat EX12 produces a hard, high-gloss finish that provides excellent water and humidity resistance. PyroCoat EX12 contains a coalescing agent that effectively lowers the film forming temperature of the polymer to improve application at standard room temperatures.
